“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old but on building the new”
- Socrates
I have spent most of my working career in the field of education and community counseling when I wasn’t parenting my three daughters. Now that I am a grandmother to five grandchildren I am looking forward to spending my retirement watching them grow.
I enjoy working with adults who have a variety of life experiences to share. Many people resist change, possibly because of the perceived risk or fear that change will not be beneficial in the end. Other people resist change because it’s more comfortable and familiar to stay with what you know. But no matter how hard you fight change happens.
I look forward to assisting people through these life experiences and providing support as they move into different areas of their life.
